Steve had responded to my message regarding a leak in my RV within an hour, which in my opinion does not happen very often anymore. We talked thru what I was seeing and his schedule. He is a very personable guy and had me feeling very comfortable as I was very nervous about having to get work done, being a widow and trying to ready the vehicle to sell when in truth my husband always took care of vehicles. Then with rain in the forecast he called on a Saturday asking if he could come out and said he would come to my place and fix as he didn't want rain to do more damage. I am happy with the job done, the friendly customer service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend this company.
Steve came out to my house to repair a leak in the front corner of my travel trailer. During his initial roof inspection he also found a significant soft spot in the one of the back corners as well. After Steve initially estimated that spot would cost an additional $500 to fix, I told him to go ahead with repairing both areas and re-sealing the entire roof. When he was finished he noted that the whole job went faster than anticipated so he adjusted my bill down a few hundred dollars to reflect that. This was very honest of him, as I would have had no idea how the labor tIme and price for materials would have broken out.
Steve did a nice job - pictures included. He also provided a 10 year warranty.
Up until today, after getting my roof repaired by Steve, the wonderful owner of RV Roof Renewal, I was pretty stressed about finding more water leaks inside my 30 ft Class C and not knowing or understanding where the water was coming in from and starting to show damage. My brother heard of his business from other RVers and told me he came highly recommended. I feel like I hit the jackpot in both quality service and great personal attention in wanting me to have knowledge of the work being done. Also, he allowed me to drive to his location, which saved me some extra expense! As a single woman on the road by myself, I've learned to ask alot of questions...Steve answered them all and now I feel excited about having my "home on wheels" back on the road, rain or shine !!!
Very professional and informative about roofing materials and installation. Researched many sites and companies before getting in contact with Steve. Word of caution spend time doing your due diligence when looking to get roofing replacements/repairs done. Warranties, quality, and types of materials used in the rv industry are questionable at best. An answer to prayers Steve guided me through different options for my roofing needs and help me to inspect not only roof, but many other things throughout my rv to get me into the best and safest way to enjoy our traveling quest for full time living. After spending considerable time inspecting all points he helped me to set up a plan to take care of all things. The time I spent with Steve, he showed me things not even paid training programs do not show, because many commercial techniques are not used in the rv industry, that leads to lower quality materials at higher prices. Steve worked respectfully with me and only replaced/repaired what was needed, which saved a lot of money compared to many other estimates received. It left extra budget to add somethings to make traveling more comfortable. The information and hospitality Steve and Jackie showed was priceless. I would recommend there information and services to anyone interested in a better way in the rving life style.
Steve from RV Roof Renewable came out to my residence and pulled my ac unit off my ice castle. Turns out the unit does not fit in my local car wash! He put a temporary patch on the roof until the new ac unit came in. When it arrived he came back out and replaced the old one. He and his company are highly recommended!!
